Garden Quartet: Summer III
watercolor
7"x5.25"
2004
In the shade of a tall fence, at the edge of the "piazza" (comprised of old pavers, a few bricks, handmixed and roughly poured cement embedded with pottery bits and many volunteer flowers growing in the cracks), foxgloves thrive and a funky Veritas fountain burbles water and truth to delight me.
